Returns Information
Need to return your item? No problem!
Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
We unfortunately cannot offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, tanning lotion, or any other lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund.
All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
You do not need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
How to return your item
We do not offer free or prepaid returns.
Please fill in the details on your packing sheet enclosed inside your parcel. If you have lost your packing sheet, you can pop a note in your parcel, with your full name telephone number and address along with the description of the items you are returning.

Faulty Item
We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
Please email info@blanccloset.co.uk with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will refund you in full for return delivery costs.
